Here are the details of each complaint:
Complaint #317812 indicates thhat user signed up here child on exploretalent.com and did not upload a picture only to get a call back asking the child to be in a casting. Since this user had no picture there was immediate suspiscion regarding the legitmacy of this phone call, when user asked exploretalent.com to provide their BBB account number the operator at exploretalent.com hung up the phone. Maybe thats because of the volume of complaints filed against exploretalent.com with the BBB….
Complaint #317812 indicates that exploretalent.com tried to sign her up for a casting with a deadline approaching, when the deadline had passed she recieved another email regarding the same casting. Exploretalent also tried to get her to go to Walmart and get a debit card so she can pay to audition. You should never have to pay to audition and exploretalent.com is misrepresenting tthe details of this casting if it even exists!
Complaint #301228 alleges that they were charged without permission and could not cancel after many attempts. I guess it’s easy for exploretalent.com to get your money, but when you want to cancel you can’t, what a scam!

Exploretalent.com also enticed her with auditions she “matched to get that information” complaintant got the felling this is definetly not legit because exploretalent.com was relentless in trying to get her credit card information and told her it would take to long to process online!

Complaint #156823 reports that they signed up for the trial at exploretalent.com and canceled 2 hours later only to find out it takes 5-7 days to cancel, which means she get charged anyway. This is clearly fraudulent and deceptive practices on the part of exploretalent.com
Complaint #191312 was lured with free registration and then teased with an audition only to find out that they wanted money and she didn’t even match most of the castings she was submitted to by exploretalent.com
Complaint #131735 reports that they signed up for one month and then tried to cancel with no success just like others who have complained. To be safe they canceled their credit card only to get a bill for almost $200 6 months later demanding payment.
Complaint #119199 reports that exploretalent.com does not provide any services instead they lure you to a “free” photo shoot that ended up costing $800
